We have identified some additional impacts to entitlements. Our technical teams are continuing to investigate and work toward a resolution

We have successfully processed the backlog of pending data, and all processing queues have returned to normal operating limits. There is currently no active customer-facing delay for real-time transactions.
Our engineering teams are now focused on completing data hydration across the platform to ensure 100% accurate reporting and visualization of entitlements throughout the system.

We continue to see positive results as our pipelines successfully process data. While we are managing a high volume, the backlog is steadily progressing as we work through it.

Our technical teams are continuing to drive active diagnostics into the entitlements performance issue. We continue observing positive progress with data being successfully consumed through our processing pipelines; however, due to the volume, we are currently working through a significant backlog.
