Identified

This is impacting customers who use Cisco Talos for DNS reputational ratings. Customers can add nonemployee.com to the allow list for temporary relief until reputation listing has been corrected. Also reporting the nonemployee.com domain as trusted to Cisco can help this get this issue resolved.

Investigating

SailPoint is investigating an issue with NERM that is currently impacting some of our customers ability to access the platform. We are working on addressing the service disruption and will provide an update upon resolution.
